Phone interview...

So....at the end of your phone interview, if you don’t get offered a f2f date and time, does this me that you don’t move forward?  The recruiter said to wait for a phone call or email but I have a feeling that if you don’t get a f2f date and time at the end of your phone interview, sorry Charlie.

Not the case at all. The meet with the other recruiters and discuss the candidates. I didn't get a phone call back for a few days after my phone interview for one position and 10 days after phone Interview for a second position I applied for!

This is encouraging especially since I thought I did well.  It’s just that my previous phone interview, I got a f2f date/time at the end of my phone interview...
