Pilot Crew Scheduler

I applied to a Pilot Crew Scheduler position yesterday, as I have experience in crew scheduling. I checked today to see if there was any  updates yet and under my status was “Closed Complete” I believe I filled everything out correctly and I’m just confused as what exactly that means. And if it is what I think it is, and my application was passed up, how come I didn’t receive a “Thank you, but no thank you email”. Is this normal for those who have experience in the field?
