I applied for a position out here in CA on May 11th got scheduled a phone interview on June 4th and had a virtual interview on the 14th and got a job offer on the 15th currently going thru the whole background process
I had been looking for jobs for the past three months and am seeing that my friends are all starting to work from home. I am worried that due to the difficulty of onboarding new employees, the job market will be effected. Can any recruiter chime in on the changes being made in the company structure?
