Post phone interview, help needed

ljohnson02
Explorer C

I got a call from the recruiter and then the next day did the phone interview.

she asked if I was available for the dates to train in April  and I said yes. The interview went fine.

I'm not sure what exactly that means, so does that mean I was one they picked to train and move forward?

I haven't received a email or another phone call from them about training . It has been about two weeks. should I keep looking for jobs or just wait for southwest to contact me to let me know?

Thanks

Hi @ljohnson02,

Congratulations on making it to the Phone Interview stage! Our normal process also involves an in-person interview and a background check process before we select Candidates for a role. I would recommend keeping an eye on your phone, inbox, and your spam/trash folder for any communication from the Recruiter regarding updates about your hiring process. Best of luck!
