I recently applied for a position at the Phoenix airport as a customer service agent. I’ve since been contacted by a Guadalupe Arellano, but a few things in his emails stood out to me as red flags. Is this person actually affiliated with the Southwest Recruiting team?

@kkaufmann what type of things stood out as a red flag? Did the email come from a SW Company email address?
Please update the community as I’m sure many other potential candidates are interested in the outcome.

I think he is referring to the recruiter email address that it comes from wnco.co and that the use the words "LUV" in their email

If the email address is from wnco it is not a scam.

Hi @kkaufmann,
I can confirm that Guadalupe is a Recruiter for Southwest Airlines. Best of luck in the process!
