Pre-employment onboarding tasks

I am currently in the pre-employment stage and my start date is March 6th, I received my onboarding tasks but never got an email with my SWA ID and password. I have sent emails, tried calling the help number provided and haven't heard anything and I need to get my tasks done before my start date. This is basically my last help resort. Please help me!

If you experience difficulty using our onboarding site, Workday, Equifax, or if have questions about your onboarding tasks, please reach out to the Employee Service Center at (877) 792-4792 Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT for assistance.
