Last month I applied for a part time Customer Service position with SWA and had both a phone interview and in-person interview at the airport. My question is this: I know that the F/A positions will soon be posted for the public. Will I be able to use any of the applications and/or resume that was used for that position when I apply for an F/A position or do I need to start over if nothing has changed in the past 4 weeks?

Thanks for your interest in joining the Southwest Team! You can still use the same profile and resume and, in fact, we recommend you use your original profile to make it a seamless experience. You will just need to submit the application for Flight Attendant using that profile on February 5th. Best of luck!
