I don't know if it's the right place to post this question or this question was already posted my apologies if it's already been posted and answered as I didn't find it.
My question does southwest gives out profit sharing to terminated employees too who have worked through that whole year for which the profit sharing is announced or not?

At other firms, you must be employed on the date profit sharing is distributed. i suspect that is the rule at SW, too.
I suspect this is determined by the terms of the union contract.
