Hello,
My name is Tony DeLuccio. I do not work for SW, but I am a good customer. I am a retired flight nurse from the USAF and I like to track my patients. On a flight returning from San Antonio, a passenger collapsed and went unresponsive. Of course I responded to assist. We got him on the floor with 02 and ascertained an open airway. We got his feet elevated and established communications with a flight doctor on the ground. A brief medical history was obtained and monitoring his vitals was constant. After a period of time we got him back and he was able to return to his seat for landing and further medical attention. I was told Southwest would be contacting me to discuss what had happened. They never did. Im curious why I was not contacted and how he was doing? I let it go, but it happened a second time to someone different on another trip. Should the people who did initial treatment not be contacted?
