I'm not able to complete the application due to an error on one of the options. It is not a Chase problem, called and checked with them. Seems to be a Southwest website issue. Has anyone run into this?

Not sure if this will help but typically refreshing the page, changing the browser, or changing even the device you’re on could fix this issue. Are you trying to apply for the credit card? I know that one of the applications is on a non-SWA website (mychasecreditcards website).

I believe that all Chase credit card applications are done on the Chase website.

I don't see how anything to do with applying for a Chase credit card with be related to Southwest. Co branded just means Southwest gets paid by Chase, Southwest does not administer any part of the process.
