Ramp Agent Hiring What DO I do? I got a New Job HELP?

What do I do?

My Employment Screening is done, and I am awaiting my Official Offer Letter, and start date.

However, considering the long waiting period.  I had to take another job that became available to me before Southwest completed the process.

When do I let them know I can't take the job.

Will I be penalized for not taking the job?  Will I be able to get re-hired or apply again at SOUTHWEST?

I’m pretty sure you will have to wait a year before you can reapply if you withdraw. If you are still waiting for a start date, I would consider continuing to work in the meantime and making the decision between your current job and Southwest when the time comes. You have to consider that this opportunity may not come up again. Good luck and I hope it all works out for you!
