If I'm taking on a part time position how long does it take to become a full time employee I'm a very good and hard worker I haven't called off in over 10 years

it honestly won't take that long.  you have to complete your 6 month probation but obce that's done I'd imagine they'd offer it fairly soon after. I didn't know many part timers that stayed that way for long unless they wanted to.
