At my station, everyone wears comfortable sneakers. Steel toe arent as needed as you think. You're in constant motion and you'll need a shoe thats flexible. Just for example, while I'm at work, my fitbit logs an easy 5 miles everyday, at least 30 mins of cardio, and 3-4 hours in my fatburn zone. 😂 It's insane. I would recommend to wait until you get into OJT. Then you'll see what will work for you, and exactly how much moving you'll really do. And if you wait until your first day, you can always ask what your stations requirements are.
