Received email I withdrew but I didn’t?

Hello, 

I applied back in September for csr remote. Received an email I would be contacted in January for an April date. I received the email to resubmit my info by the 15th, which I did. I just got an email that I chose to withdraw my app which isn’t true. How do I correct this? I want so much to work for SWA, super super discouraged. Please help!
