Short Term Disability

I have a question in regards to STD. If you've been employed by South West Airlines for over 5 years & you have knee surgery & are unable to work for up to 3 months, can you get STD? Also, if you do qualify for STD do you get your whole paycheck?

I think if you have all the doctors forms and stuff... but as far as getting approved, I have no idea. 

If you qualify, I believe the most you can get is 40%, if you pay for the extra coverage, I believe it's 60%. Send an email to the Benefits Center. They are pretty quick about responding.
