Southwest Careers - Candidate Home Profile

My Candidate Home Profile does not permit me to upload a resume or enter any personal information, including name.  The "Update Contact Information" link does not exist in my profile.  The only function allowed is updating my email address.  May I please get clarification? Thank you kindly.

I’m having the same problem and I don’t understand why. Today is Sep 22, 2023. I have been having this problem for a while. ;(

Ditto that. I wanted to upload my resume, too, as suggested but there's nothing I can update on my profile except email. Any help is appreciated! Good luck all!

I'm having the same problem. There is no Update Personal Information link on the Candidate Home page, only the Edit settings to change my email.  It shows no information about me but my email. Can someone help us please?  Thank you

Same is happening for me. I'm wondering if maybe those features aren't allowed until 0001 tonight (tomorrow morning) since that's technically when the posting goes live? I'm with you though....would love some guidance as I've had a few current SWA FA's tell me I should be able to do this now?
