Can anyone give me an overview of a day during onboarding and training for a hybrid customer service representative? Are you in classes doing hands on training all day or is it more like some classes and then virtual learning/ training part of the time?
I’m just trying to plan medicine/lunch times, etc… my hiring manager has been great but I feel like asking for a daily agenda is too much.
