I will be starting training in Dallas for a CSR in Chicago on the 24th of February. I heard they do a lot of testing on things during training and that you have to pass with a 90% or better. Are these tests hard? Does it require constant studying? I'm super excited to be joining the family of Co-Hearts but I am super nervous too. Can anyone give me some advice.

Have you received your preflight packet? It has some testing materials in it. Good Luck!

Yes, I got it. I was already studying the codes. Still got about 10 to 15 that I get a lil stuck on but hopefully it will stick soon. I get super nervous and start doubting my ability when I test sometimes.
