Unable to login to my Dashboard with my email account

I am attempting to view the status of my flight attendant application status. Upon getting to the dashboard link via the confirmation email I had received from Southwest, once I try to login, I am  not able to get to it.  I then submitted a "forgot password", but receive the following response in my email:

"We received a request to reset your password for the Southwest Airlines Co. Career Portal.

However, your email address is not associated with any accounts in our records.

If you'd like to login with another email address, please visit:"


I know I used this email to complete my application, hence receiving my application confirmation as well as the Covid Updated back in Oct.  Please advise!
