Hi Kelby & Southwest Team,
I was wondering, what should I wear to an interview with Southwest?
Thank you!

Hi, @bcorrell24,
Congratulations on being selected for a one-on-one interview! We can’t wait to visit with you. While our workplace attire is casual, we always suggest that you “dress to impress” for an interview. Most of our Candidates come to their interviews in business professional attire. See you soon!

Since it is an interview, any sane person would obviously wear formals.
I would suggest that you wear a Two-Piece Suit and nice tie to go along with it.
Wear a black suit if you can since that is the most formal of all.
Pair it with nice shoes which are again black.
It is said that the first subconciously notices the feet of a person to determine the first impression and then considers whatever you speak, so it is important that your shoes looks neat and clean.
Then to accessories, you shouldn't sport a piercing or a necklace or tag or anything. I have seen a lot of people wearing men's watches which looks formal, just don't choose one which is extremely eye catching. It needs to be mellow and subtle for the lack of a better word.
A patterned tie is always the way to go since they are in trend right now. I don't even know if you can get a plain tiea anymore.
I hope I was of some help.
Cheers!
Hope you get the job.
