Hello!
I recently applied to two positions with Southwest. I received an email for a phone interview for one position and I'm waiting to hear from the other position. I am more interested in the second position because I feel that it better fits my background and skill set.
Does withdrawing from one position hurt my chances of being considered for another position?

There's no reason to withdraw from the process until you get an offer. I would suggest you continue with both until you absolutely have to make a decision. If you withdraw, then don't get the second job you'd be without any options.

Thank you for your advice! I'll continue with both applications. 😊
