Would Southwest ever consider a former student for a weather internship?

I am six classes from a BS in Meteorology but have above a Bachelor's Degree. I cannot go back to finish the degree without starting over and won't have nearly enough financial aid to do so. I have still kept up with weather forecasting, especially severe weather forecasting as a hobby. I started a career shift because I was in a field I did not enjoy, and I am obsessed with weather.
The weather internship position says must be a current student. Would Southwest Airlines ever consider a former student who completed all but six required upper level meteorology courses for an internship if they have the passion and know how to forecast? I want to apply, but it looks like I'd be immediately disqualified because of not being a current student.

Hello,
How can I become a Meteorology Intern at Southwest Airlines? Are there internship offers for 2021/2022? I graduated from Regis University in Colorado and earned an MS degree in Meteorology at San Jose State University.
