Hello,
I applied to two southwest positions. I was offered a phone interview for one and was still in the processing stage for the other, however, after my phone interview I checked my dashboard and it reads "You have not submitted your profile to any jobs." and does not display my applications. I am using the link directly from the recruiters email as I had previously. I also tried searching in these forums and used other links provided by employees with no luck.
I also then received a TBNT email for the job I had the interview for, but am trying to check on the status of the other position I applied to.
Any and all guidance appreciated. Thank you!
