Do you have any careers for the deaf or hard of hearing?

For entry level, I could see CS&S being in need of people who can assist deaf or hoh customers.

What if you created your own job? 

Training  ASL/ ADA to SWA employees. The class could be a requirement of the ASL basics and the basics of ADA training for ALL new and existing employees. I would love the ability to learn to communicate WITH EVERY human. You could making ASL, transcription, ADA modifications the norm instead of the expectation.  looks like SWA scores 100.
