I am looking for a second career and think Southwest would be ideal. How long does it take to get vested with the company? I am excited about the opportunities.
You should check out the career portal and sign up for alerts for jobs within SWA that you're interested in! If the job you're interested in isn't available currently, it could take some time for it to come around. Just stay patient! 🙂
