Please be yourself! Southwest is unlike other airlines in that they do not do 'business as usual.'

As a Southwest employee had said (anyone know who or where? I forgot): "We don't train people to be kind, we hire kind people."

As long as you're going in with that 'you' mentality, I'm sure they'll be blown away!
