It's hard to get in touch with anyone (obviously) on the phone or via the socials right now. We traveled on 12/24 on a direct flight, but all luggage (the whole plane) was lost. Apparently they put the bags on other flights to try to get our bags to our final destination while we were in endless delays. It's now been 12 days and only 3 of our 4 bags have been recovered. I used their online baggage tracking system only to receive a 'claim number not found' message. Any advice? Thanks!

I understand what we're working with. I know they're pressed and bags are scattered and the folks on the ground are doing their best. I'm just curious how long is reasonable to wait. We're almost at 2 weeks. 3? 4?
