Just tried twice to book (we book ALOT) and got a foreign voice sounded like Indian, who was absoultely incompetent! Tried to charge us a UM fee for a 10 year old traveling with a 17 yrear old! This is the cost of outsourcing (unless I am mistaken). I have always had good service. Not now.

You are mistaken, all Southwest call centers are US based and operated by Southwest. Unfortunately, as is the case in any call center, people do make mistakes.
