SINCE SOUTHWEST OPENED A HUB IN ATLANTA THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN THE TUBS. 

1. LOST BAGS

2. DELAYED FLIGHTS

3. MISSED CONNECTIONS

4. CANCELED FLIGHTS

5. EVER TRY TO GAGE YOUR DRIVING TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT ON TIME IN ATLANTA?  IMPOSSIBLE.

6. DO YOU LIKE SITTING IN TRAFFICE BUMPER TO BUMPER THEN FLY INTO OR OUT OF ATLANTS

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WHO GIVE YOU THE "BIG CITY" I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE.

 

SOUTHWEST SHOULD OFFER ROUTING THAT GIVES CUSTOMERS A CHOICE OF WHICH HUB TO FLY THROUGH.

 

I USED TO FLY OUT OF GREENVILLE AND CHANGE PLANES AT MIDWAY; SERVICE WAS GREAT AND I DID NOT MIND THE TRAVEL.

 

NOW IF FLY GREENVILLE TO ATLANTA AND HAVE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

 

FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENT WE SHOULD MAKE THE EXECUTIVES OF SOUTWEST FLY THROUGH ATLANTA ONCE A WEEK FOR EVERY WEEK IN 2018.

 

WE SHOULD ALSO MAKE THEM DRIVE AROUND ATLANTA (AMOUNG THE WORST TRAFFIC IN  THE COUNTRY) AND SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE TO HAVE TO BOOK A HOTEL ROOM THE DAY BEFORE A FLIGHT JUST TO MAKE SURE YOU GET TO THE AIRPORT ON TIME.

 

SPEAKING OF TIME:  SOUTHWEST - IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE
