Well, today I was part of the "cancel culture" called Southwest Airlines. We were supposed to be flying back home from Fort Lauderdale to Albuquerque via Houston. Made it as far as Houston before our next flight got cancelled for reasons still not explained to us. SWA rebooked us for a flight on Monday...2 days later!!! Did they offer us a hotel? NO...Meal voucher? NO!! Offer to reimburse us for the 2 nights hotel we now need, meals for 2 nights, miscellaneous personal items that we no longer have? NO. Not even any help! Mysteriously, our bags did make it to ABQ. Strange there were flights for our bags but not us. SWA "prides" itself on customer service? Hate to see what they do if they didn't! Good ridden SWA. It was nice while it lasted.

Cancelled flights - they happen. Especially in the middle of a pandemic when few things are guaranteed. It's possible that you can get to your final destination via a different connection path and not wait 2 days, but you'd have to talk to a Southwest rep either at the airport or via one of the contact methods to see what is possible.

LOL Funny how you think that a fake pandemic has to do with it and NOT government lockdowns/restrictions
