Air fare credit available for cancellation after EB checkin?

Greetings.  Is it possible to receive an air fare credit or refund if I cancel my flight after Early Bird has already checked me in? If not, then how can I cancel my EB check in status on an upcoming flight? I realize I'd forfeit my EB check in fee but would like to receive full airfare credit please?  Thank you.

 "If you are not planning to travel on any portion of your itinerary,  you can cancel or change your reservation at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the flight"

To cancel and receive credit go to Southwest home page.  Now click on where it says "change flight" in blue text.  Then click on cancel flight, and follow instructions, this will also cancel boarding pass if already checked in.
