I received an email that my flight was changed and I needed go online to accept it or make a change. When I try to do so, I receive an error message that I have to call customer service to make the change. I've been on hold for 90 minutes. What other number should I use?

I'd recommend contacting the airline via the Southwest app chat function or one of the other methods listed below:
