Who/when are you questioned in BWI if you have a negative test or quarantine?

I suggest you take a look at https://www.bwiairport.com/COVID19

I found this info there:

Q3: Do we need to present proof of negative test at the airport?

A3: At this time, proof of negative testing does not have to be shown at the airport. However, we do recommend getting tested and having your negative results with you as you travel. As an alternative to testing, health officials advise self-quarantining for at least 10 days as long as you remain asymptomatic.

Q4: Will I be denied entry at the airport if I don’t have a negative test to present?

A4: No. We advise passengers to abide by last week’s directive from the Maryland Department of Health. Click here to read it in its entirety. State and local health departments are prepared to address violations. We recommend passengers get tested and having your negative results with you as you travel. A list of testing sites is viewable by clicking here.
