You people can pound sand. I've flown SW personally and professionally for 20 years, and I'm through, The constant harrassment, intercom pontificating and in-flight surveillance is too much to take. Now you're throwing people off who's 3 year old child didn't even remove his mask. I have never in my life seen any business treat CUSTOMERS this way. All we heard was moaning about how bad business was last year, and now it has rebounded - but all we get is 2 hours of hell
