Can I have a 113.96 Wh Powerbank in my carryon for a domestic flight? Do I need permission?

TSA doesn't prohibit it but does say that you need airline approval to carry one that size.

Under 'Portable Traveling Devices (PEDs)', click 'Traveling with PEDs'. All the info you need is there. In a carry-on bag, YES. A checked bag, no. Happy travels! 😊
