Can someone please educate SW airlines on what a global pandemic is???

They way they are behaving, those monkeys have no idea what a global pandemic means. A global pandemic means, we cannot travel if we are choosing to be responsible. Thus, why would we not get an extension to use our hard earned travel fund money???
