Cancellation reschedule policy

@Funsize What exactly is American or any other airline doing that Southwest isn't? Every other domestic airline simply matched Southwest's everyday policy, they aren't doing anything beyond that.

And let's not forget that they have had everyone's money for months as the ticket was paid for when booked.
