Carry-on luggage

I have a duffle bag that is 12x10x23. Would this be allowed as a carryon plus my purse?

If your duffle bag is soft-sided, you should be fine to bring it along as your carry on in addition to your purse.

This is my carry on luggage it is 24in.long 14in tall an 12in wide is it okay for a carry on

Here are the official standards for a carry-on bag: 

Your bag will likely be fine, since it is soft-sided and can squish a little bit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
