Hi, I have a carry on that’s a hardside carry on luggage that measures 21.75 Inches (H) x 14.25 Inches (W) x 9 Inches (D) with the wheels included. Will that fit in the overhead bin or is it too big? Thank you.

since your bag is smaller than 24"x16"x10", it will fit.

Almost all luggage advertised as "carry on" would work in a Southwest 737 - there might be some exceptions where the bins are smaller at the front of the plane.
That same carry on might not fit on some of the regional jets that have smaller overhead bins.
