We purchased a ticket under my old last name and since then my last name has changed post divorce. I have a new passport with my new last name and an ID with my new last name but yet my reservation is under my old last name. I've called southwest and was directed to send information via email and I have not recieved a response. We fly next week out of the country from the US to Jamaica and I'm so nervous about my ticket name not matching my identification. SO frustrating from the lack of response and help from Southwest. They are usually so good.
