We will be flying soon with our 9 year old special needs child. He is non verbal and in a wheelchair. He has poor trunk control and is unable to sit unassisted. Last time we flew, we were still able to use a standard car seat. This time he is too big. He is about 50 inches tall and 65 lbs. Any suggestions how to fly without a car seat? He is too big for the Cares Harness as well.
Thanks!

That does sound like a dilemma. When traveling by car, what equipment does he use? Perhaps something similar would work?
