Cancelled Flight 595 December 28, 2022 Confirmation 2P3AOD
Submitted receipts and detailed letter Jan 2, 2023.....received request Jan 27, 2023 to resubmit....called SW and was given second claim number and told they had everything and I did not need to resubmit.....now Feb 9, 2023....called twice for update.....told everything is being ELEVATED to customer service. Not responding is worse than saying sorry but we will reimburse you and then put on continually waiting....COO said today to Congress today "most reimbursements" complete .....used to LOVE Southwest......bitter taste now!

Sorry to hear that you are running into delays. All I can suggest is that you remain patient.
Remember SW said that "most" of the refunds had been processed. "Most" does not mean"all." Southwest is probably handling hundreds of thousands of refund requests.

The COO’s testimony today was clear that all refunds had been processed. He is either unaware of what is actually happening, or he perjured himself.

Refunds are different than reimbursements.
Refunds = flights
Reimbursement = expenses

I am waiting for a reimbursement not a refund.......suggesting patience after SW cancelled our flights, made us incur expenses to get home, tell us how to apply for reimbursement (which we did over a month ago) and announce to customers we will make things right and then send us an email saying"If you have other outstanding requests, we will address them expeditiously." ................ SW needs to do what they said they will do! Ridiculous!!!!!

Yes, there was a post about luggage being returned and then a photo of luggage delivered that wasn't theirs.
Yeah, it was returned. But not to the right person.
With Southwest now being under Congressional investigation, the story will become even more interestiing.
