You'll have to use one of the Contact Southwest Customer Service options for any follow up additional to what you have already received. This is a customer to customer forum so no one responsible for paying the expenses will see your post here.

Looking at the positive side of things, the fact that you are getting the automated messages means your request is still in the queue and hasn't gotten lost or no longer being looked at. Hopefully all is resolved soon!
