I cancelled a companion pass reservation so that I could make changes to my original reservation that the companion pass reservation was tied to. When I cancelled the companion pass reservation, I selected for the 9/11 fee to be saved for later use. I re-booked the companion pass reservation, but I didn't have an option to use my 9/11 fee credit. I had to pay the 9/11 fee again. How do I use this 9/11 fee credit in the future?
