Can anyone from SW please contact me about this lost IPad?

 

how can it be possible not to speak to someone about a specific case file you all have for a lost item?

 

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE STATUS OF THE SW LOST ITEM FILE YOU ALL CREATED - I believe this is my iPad ————

On 3/23 shipped from Denver airport to you AL location #771 817 152 981.


This item arrived to your Alabama location on 3/27 - I believe this is my Ipad and Keyboard

You've taken the right steps by filling out a lost and found report. The way it works from here is that we'll cross-reference our lost and found inventory to the reports we've got, and our Specialists in the Baggage Department will reach out if they're able to find a match. 

 

I know how frustrating it is to lose something on a plane - I've done it myself. I hope that we're able to find your item and return it to you!
