My flight was cancelled on 6/15/21.  I have made many calls and send many emails requesting a refund.  I purchased 2 round trip tickets at 267.00.  A refund for one ticket has been posted to my SW account and I have been unsuccessful in contacting SW to resolve this.  Today I was told that the wait time to speak to a representative was 120 minutes!!!   Are you kidding?  

 

I was forced to use another airline on the 15th and had to pay twice the cost of my original tickets NOW I have to beg for my refund??????
