The agents in Denver airport are awful. My daughter arrived on a delayed flight from John Wayne Airport and ran to the gate and arrived at the gate in Denver and the agent told her that the door was closed and the jet way was pulled back even though it was the last flight out and they knew she was on the flight from John Wayne.  She made it to the gate before the flight time and they didn't hold the flight. Then they tell her there is nothing they can do for her no hotel no food vouchers because it is Spring Break.  That's the end of Southwest for me - most other airlines hold the flight if it is the last flight out for the night; but not Southwest. They can be late and move your flights dozen of times with no care.

I done flying Southwest- they make it seem like they are customer service oriented but not really.
