 Has anyone had trouble being reimbursed for their extra seat for a customer of size?  I bought an extra seat for my friend and once her travel was completed, I called for a refund of the extra seat.  I followed exactly what the Southwest website said to do and have not received a refund.  I was transferred several times, on hold for over 2 hours and was told by customer relations that my ticket had been refunded.  Well, they refunded $46 not the cost of the ticket.  It's been a week and I do not have a resoluton yet.  

 

Can someone tell me where to go from here?

Your best bet for a quick reply is to reach out to Customer Relations via Twitter direct message. I do know that sometimes refunds can take some time to process. Good luck!
