We missed our Cruise due a cancelled southwest fight, Our insurance will not cover our cruise without a letter from Southwest. Other airlines have a website page that generates the letter.
I have called, emailed, posted & mailed the request, It's been 25 days with no response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I emailed Contact us on Dec 26, 2022, got an email back 10 days later telling me to use the website to find answers to my question. Also if if I still needed help to email again and I did.
