Deplaning Process

On 13Sept2019, my wife and I flew from Jacksonsville, Fl. to Pittsburgh, Pa., returning on the 16th.  I thought it was the ABSOLUTE BEST part of our trip hearing at the end of each final announcement by your attendants "PLEASE BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER".  From a 26 year veteran, I just wanted to thank you for using your enormous stage in reminding us all the importance of kindness!    Thanks again!!  W. Southwest consistently and warmly thanks customers for choose to fly with them. And the "be kind to one another" message is one I hear very consistently as well.  It is lovely to hear!
